At Ragahsvara, every product is prepared and packed with care. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to assist and ensure a fair resolution.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unburnt, and in its original packaging
• All original tags, seals, and accessories are intact

Due to the nature of our products, returns for reasons other than damage or error are not accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We currently do not support product exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging
• Orders placed under special offers or clearance sales (if applicable)

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

5. Return Approval & Pickup

• All returns must be approved before sending the product back
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
• Return pickup depends on courier service availability in your location

6. Refunds

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Replacement Policy

If preferred, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacements are shipped after the returned item is received and verified.

8. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be borne by Ragahsvara

9. Cancellation & Return Distinction

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under this Return Policy.

Ragahsvara reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
